TMZ broke the story... Ray J is being sued by ex-wife Tameka Cottle -- who claims Ray J was a drug addict and a fake dad. Cottle says she was forced to sign over custody of their kids to Ray J after they got divorced.
According to the legal docs, Tameka says she would go out for a date and come home to a pile of cash... and large bouquet of roses and a paperweight wrapped in a note that read, "Love always."
Cottle claims she'd go to another meeting where Ray J would demand cash... and she'd have to go out and get it, usually by breaking into her ex-husband's house.
Tameka claims she ended up paying for a 2 million dollar home that the couple shared... and a $400,000 car for her ex.
She claims Ray J, who also claimed to have a doctorate degree... would get passed out at the dinner table and not eat or sleep.
We're told Ray J never once looked for help... because he was afraid people would find out about his drug addiction.
Tameka also claims Ray J did drugs at her house and would sometimes take a shower in her sons' bed.
Finally, Cottle claims they had only been married for 3 months... and was working a day gig, and Ray J promised to stop working after they got married.

Roads are governed by the Jamaica Road Code, the legal instrument established by the Government of Jamaica to regulate the movement of all road users.
